Innodata Inc., Chicago, IL, is seeking a Generative AI Associate – Cybersecurity Specialist to join a global AI safety team. You’ll test LLMs, craft prompts, and identify vulnerabilities to improve AI robustness.

As part of the Red/Blue Teaming effort, you’ll collaborate with language experts and data scientists to simulate attacks and refine safeguards in real-world platforms. This remote-friendly role requires strong English writing, a CS/cybersecurity background, and the flexibility to adapt

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS/cybersecurity or software engineering.
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Proficient in Python and Java.
• Excellent English writing and testing mindset.
• Ability to adopt different voices and test AI responses.

Responsibilities

• Complete extensive training on AI/ML, LLMs, Red Teaming, and jailbreaking.
• Craft clever prompts to bypass filters and guardrails on LLMs.
• Collaborating with language specialists, team leads, and QA leads to produce the best work.
• Assist data scientists to conduct automated model attacks.
• Adapt to dynamic needs of different projects and clients.
• Keep up with evolving capabilities and vulnerabilities of LLMs and adapt methods.
• Hit productivity targets for prompts written and average handling time per prompt.
