Job summary

MediNex Workforce is seeking a remote, full-time intern for 1–3 months to develop AI features for recruitment workflows. You'll work on prototype Python applications using AI APIs to summarize, extract, and chat, while refining prompts and testing results.

Ideal candidates are final-year students or recent graduates with Python ability, knowledge of training/testing concepts, and exposure to Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, LangChain, and AI APIs. Bring a laptop and be available full-time.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate with demonstrable work
• Relevant studies: engineering, computing, mathematics, statistics
• Python ability and introductory understanding of training, testing and overfitting

Responsibilities

• Prototype Python applications using AI APIs for recruitment workflows.
• Design and refine prompts, then test responses.
• Evaluate accuracy, consistency and bias and record outcomes.
• Clean and label example information for testing.
• Explore document and email automation and document experiments in GitHub
