Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or customer success roles, preferably in SaaS environments.
• Experience with contracts in procurement, finance, legal operations, or consulting capacity a plus.
• Proven experience designing and implementing SaaS solutions.

• Continuously assess customer needs and challenges post-implementation, designing improvements.
