Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead daily store operations in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee cost controls, inventory, food safety, and image standards while driving attendance, customer service, and profitability.

A proven leadership track record is essential. The role requires prior management experience, strong P&L awareness, and the ability to recruit and develop a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required)
• Customer Service experience (required)
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license (required)
• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
