Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five years of general liability claims management experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Reviews reports and inquiries, seeks legal opinions, and communicates resolutions.
• Handles high-exposure liability cases with serious injuries.
• Coordinates with clients, legal counsel, and local investigators as needed.
• Identifies settlements and defense strategies to move cases toward resolution.
• Attends mediations, trials, or hearings and assists with early return-to-work where applicable.
