Sedgwick is hiring for a Claims Associate - Liability to process low-level general liability claims and determine benefits due. You will adjudicate claims within company standards, identify subrogation, and negotiate settlements with supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education required; bachelor’s preferred for advancement.
• Experience in claims management or related training required.

Responsibilities

• Process low-level general liability claims to determine benefits.
• Develop action plans for claims resolution and return-to-work efforts.
• Approve and process claims, administer subrogation and settlements.
• Maintain documentation and proper claims coding; communicate with claimants and clients.
• Travel as required; support quality programs and organizational goals.
