Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five years of General liability claims management experience.
• Skilled at developing defense strategies, partnering with clients and legal counsel, and driving complex claims to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Review reports and forms; respond to inquiries; seek legal opinion and early resolution; communicate resolution.
• Handle high-end cases with serious injuries and/or complex coverage scenarios.
• Coordinate with client designees and local counsel; monitor local counsel performance and gather information.
• Attend mediations, trials, arbitrations or hearings as needed; identify settlement opportunities.
• Work with partners to influence early return-to-work.
