PharmaviseConsulting Corp. seeks experienced professionals to lead gene therapy research and development projects from discovery to clinical development. You will design experiments, optimize vectors, and collaborate across research, preclinical, clinical, and regulatory teams to advance programs.

The role requires a PhD or equivalent and at least 5 years in gene therapy, with strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines and viral vector platforms. Remote work options are available.

Qualifikationen

• PhD or equivalent degree in molecular biology, genetics, biotechnology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of gene therapy R&D experience in biotech/pharma.
• Strong vector design, optimization, and characterization skills.
• Experience with gene editing (CRISPR/Cas9) and viral vectors (AAV, lentivirus).
• Knowledge of FDA/EMA regulatory guidelines for gene therapy development.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; strong collaboration.
• Leadership experience is preferred but not required.

• Lead and contribute to gene therapy R&D projects from discovery to clinical development.
• Design experiments to optimize vectors, transgene expression, and delivery.
• Develop strategies for manufacturing scalability and vector design challenges.
