Job summary

BCBST BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, Inc. is hiring an Enterprise Architect II on our Strategy and Architecture team to shape the technical and business process roadmap for GenAI expansion.

You will act as a technical product owner for Microsoft ecosystem—M365, Foundry, and Power Platform—guiding how teams design, build, and scale AI-driven solutions with secure, scalable, and production-ready architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years leading architecture design and implementation.
• Strong experience in Azure, M365, Foundry, GenAI and LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and definition of the EA to support corporate strategies.
• Lead the implementation of EA strategies and governance across platforms.
• Guide enterprise architects on service capabilities, architecture and risk management.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and provide client consultations to shape EA.
• Direct teams in baseline, target and roadmap development, security management and transitions.
• Build and maintain architecture portfolio translating business strategies into IT investments.
