Job summary

Codefeast seeks a contractor-level specialist to contribute to Generative AI training and evaluation. You will develop prompts, AI workflows, and evaluate model outputs across complex scenarios.

You will create training data, benchmarks, and reference responses for GenAI models, while providing feedback to improve reasoning and real-world performance. The role requires 2-8 years in Generative AI or related fields, with hands-on Python, APIs, LangChain, and vector databases experience.

Qualifications

• 2-8 years of professional experience in Generative AI, ML, NLP, AI Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, model evaluation, and AI application development.
• Hands-on experience with Python, APIs, LangChain/LangGraph, vector databases, or similar GenAI technologies.
• Experience with LLM training/evaluation workflows, SFT, RLHF, AI agents, or AI-assisted development is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute directly to LLM and Generative AI training and evaluation workflows across complex reasoning and application scenarios.
• Develop and evaluate prompts, AI workflows, model outputs, RAG systems, and AI-generated solutions for quality and reliability.
• Create and review training data, evaluation datasets, benchmarks, test cases, and reference responses for GenAI models.
• Provide technical feedback to improve model reasoning, accuracy, instruction following, and real-world AI performance.
