Huron Consulting Group Inc. seeks an Associate GenAI Engineer to design agent components, orchestrate AI workflows, and lead small-scale implementation projects.

You will create standardized documentation, conduct QA, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years in technology or AI-related roles, with hands-on experience in Generative AI tools, AWS Bedrock, and agentic coding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technology, business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in technology support, AI implementation, or related roles.
• Proficiency with Generative AI tools, APIs, and automation concepts.
• Hands-on experience with AWS generative AI tooling (Bedrock, etc.).
• Experience using agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode).
• Familiarity with MCP evaluation and management.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop agent components and templates for the organization.
• Build and orchestrate agentic AI workflows coordinating tools, models, and data sources.
• Lead small-scale implementation projects with stakeholders and team members.
• Create and maintain standardized documentation and recipe cards for AI solutions.
• Conduct QA testing and debugging of agent components.
• Evaluate and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and integrations.
• Perform model evaluation and tuning to optimize performance, accuracy and cost.
• Analyze usage metrics and user feedback to improve offerings.
• Facilitate user training and enablement events.
• Maintain version control documentation and update logs for Collaboratory items.
• Support junior analysts and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
