Job summary

RSA Tech is seeking an experienced EDP Solution Architect to design end-to-end data solutions on the Google Cloud Platform. This role focuses on translating business needs into conceptual, logical, and physical data designs spanning ingestion, transformation, and consumption layers.

You will partner with tech leads, data engineers, product managers, and SMEs to ensure designs follow platform standards, guardrails, and scalable patterns. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of data engineering and solution architecture on enterprise platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud data services (BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Composer, Dataform, Cloud Storage).
• Expertise across conceptual, logical, and physical data modelling and mappings.
• Strong dimensional modelling with star schemas and analytics-ready data structures.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end data solutions from ingestion to consumption across models.
• Define source-target mappings and transformation designs with GCP services.
• Create dimensional data models aligned to BI needs.
• Collaborate with product managers, analysts, SMEs to translate requirements.
• Partner with QA to ensure data quality, validation, and reconciliation.
• Contribute patterns back to Platform Architecture and enable AI readiness where applicable.
• Operate in Scrum/Kanban using Jira/Confluence to deliver iterative outcomes.
