Job summary

Bestica Inc. is seeking an experienced Solution Engineer – Data & Analytics Platforms to bridge business requirements and technical delivery.

You will translate product and business needs into scalable, end-to-end technical solutions that enable engineering teams to deliver high-quality data and analytics platforms. You will design end-to-end architectures for data ingestion, transformation, analytics, and reporting, using Databricks and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Qualifications

• Experience in designing data and analytics solutions with Databricks and GCP.
• Hands-on data pipelines, ETL/ELT, data transformation, and analytics platforms.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable architectures.
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
