Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking two intermediate Data Engineers in Eagan, Minnesota (Remote) to help build a new GCP-based data platform, establish standardized ELT patterns, and support pipelines and platform capabilities.

You will work with GCP Composer, Dataflow and BigQuery, design scalable ingestion and transformation processes, and collaborate with architects and analysts to ensure data quality, performance, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area; equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience with GCP.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Experience with GCP tools: Composer, Dataflow, BigQuery.

Responsibilities

• Design and build ELT pipelines within Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Develop scalable data ingestion and transformation processes.
• Utilize Composer, Dataflow, BigQuery, SQL, and Python for data movement and orchestration.
• Contribute to the building and enhancement of the new enterprise data platform.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and senior engineers on platform design and implementation.
• Ensure the data quality, performance, and scalability of pipelines.
• Manage work direction, influence, and provide feedback to other team members.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement.
