Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with industrial gas turbine engines.
• Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Strong understanding of gas turbine engines and their components.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers post-delivery.
• Lead investigations into customer issues with cross-functional teams.
• Provide onsite/remote support and analysis of engine conditions.
