Job summary

iTech Media is seeking a Game Mathematician to join VeliPlay, our homegrown game studio. You will design mathematical models for slot and crash games, balance features, and develop Monte Carlo tools to validate math across billions of rounds.

You will work with Engineering, Design, Legal/Compliance, and QA to ensure correct math models, RNG, and outcome logic, preparing docs for certification and regulatory review.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Game Mathematician, Quant, or similar.
• Strong foundation in probability, statistics, combinatorics, distributions.
• Experience with slot and crash game mathematics and house edge.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mathematical models for slot and crash games (RTP, volatility, paytables).
• Model and balance game features like free spins, multipliers, jackpots, and Buy Feature.
• Tune RTP/volatility per business and regulatory needs.
• Develop Monte Carlo tools to validate math across millions of rounds.
• Ensure models and RNG implementations are correct; support certification.
• Analyze live game performance (RTP, hit rates, crash-point distribution).
