Responsibilities

• Analyze Georgia Lost-Time claims to determine benefits due, while adjudicating within service expectations.
• Negotiate settlement of claims within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity and processing with the claimant and client.
• Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to directions promptly.
