You will be responsible for assisting in the organization and registration of ETFs, preparing regulatory reports, and maintaining ETF Board governance. Qualifications

• Approximately 4-10 years of experience in registered funds is required.
• Experience with the Investment Company Act of 1940, Securities Act of 1933, and Securities Exchange Act of 1934 is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the organization, registration, and listing of ETFs.
• Prepare and/or review fund registration statements and other regulatory reports.
• Maintain ETF Board governance including preparing and reviewing materials.
