As a startup-minded team, we value initiative, clear communication, and results. We’re hiring a Copywriter to craft compelling, high-conversion fundraising and communication content for our clients’ digital programs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience writing persuasive copy for political fundraising.
• Strong copywriting skills with a track record of driving donations or engagement.
• Deep familiarity with conservative politics, messaging, and audience triggers.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities under tight deadlines.
• Ability to adapt tone and style to different clients while maintaining high-energy, action-oriented copy.
• Prior agency, campaign, or direct-response writing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort working remotely with proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit high-volume fundraising copy for emails, SMS, donation pages, and other digital appeals.
• Develop urgent, persuasive messaging aligned with clients’ goals and right-of-center values.
• Research political news cycles, client positions, and audience insights to inform copy.
• Collaborate with Account Directors and strategists to refine concepts and incorporate feedback.
• Test and iterate copy variations to optimize performance and conversion rates.
• Maintain consistent brand voice across all client communications.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorms and campaign planning sessions.
• Proofread and polish client-facing content for accuracy and impact.
