Job summary

Wikimedia Foundation seeks a Fundraising Support Specialist to join our Online Fundraising team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Fundraising Products. You will perform vital production tasks to enable our team of Revenue Specialists to launch and optimize fundraising campaigns in more than 20 languages and 30 countries each year.

In your typical day, you will modify HTML/CSS, implement banner tests in CentralNotice, and manage your Asana board of priorities to ensure timely campaign delivery.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS; JavaScript is optional but helpful.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain QA processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication for a remote, time‑zone distributed team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to Wikimedia’s movement and model.
• Experience with multilingual marketing or programs in distributed environments.
• December is a critical fundraising month; some travel is expected (≈2x per year).

Responsibilities

• Modify HTML/CSS in web files for international campaigns, coordinating with Revenue Specialists.
• Work in CentralNotice to implement campaigns and banner tests, ensuring clear reporting.
• Manage priorities in Asana and support other workflows for campaign delivery.
