Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Software Engineer I, Fullstack (Servicing International). This remote-friendly role focuses on building scalable services for international markets, starting with Poland.

You will contribute to the foundation of our servicing platform and help deliver reliable experiences for customers and agents. You’ll work across frontend and backend, collaborating with global teams, shipping APIs, and ensuring product quality.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping web apps with React or Vue.
• Experience designing, developing and launching APIs at scale using Python or Kotlin.
• Able to navigate a large codebase, debug, and provide feedback via code reviews.
• Strong ownership and proactive growth mindset in a team setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication within a global engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to team projects and goals with support from your team.
• Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders, surfacing risks and trade-offs.
• Balance speed and quality to meet business goals while protecting systems.
