Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, software engineering or related field strongly preferred
• 1-3 years of full-stack development experience preferred
• Proficiency in C#/SQL Server or Java/MySQL Server required; other languages beneficial
• Experience in usability/interface design
• Familiarity with advanced SQL queries preferred
• Healthcare experience a plus
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and delivering a high quality product
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain software using established programming languages, standards, and development methodologies
• Test, analyze, and debug solutions across development, testing, and production environments
• Provide production support to ensure applications operate reliably
• Develop Proofs of Concept to evaluate technical approaches
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance product development and UX
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to meet requirements
• Present and justify technical decisions with sound engineering judgment
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends
• Promote high-quality user experiences and best practices
• Contribute to organizational initiatives as needed
• Additional duties as assigned
