Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Software Engineer II to perform full stack development with C#/.NET, ReactJS, MVC, and REST API development on the .NET Core platform. This position is US remote teleworking within the US and requires US Citizenship.

Essential responsibilities include designing, developing, and testing software, ensuring data feeds and interfaces function properly, and participating in design reviews. Knowledge of SQL Server and MVC is essential.

Qualifications

Typically 3 years of C# and .NET experience with MVC, Linq, and REST API development.
Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline (e.g., BSEE, BSCS) or equivalent.
ReactJS programming experience preferred.
US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, troubleshoot, and analyze software programs for computer-based systems.
Ensure automated data feeds and system interfaces work as intended.
Participate in software requirements reviews and design reviews.
Design, write, test, deploy and support software code.
Perform software upgrades following quality procedures.
Interact with internal and external customers on technical matters.
Support Continuous Improvement to improve software quality.
