Job summary

Arrowhead Program is seeking a Full Stack Developer (.Net) to join our growing team. The role provides internal support for technology used by the organization to enhance services for internal users, aligning with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

You will collaborate with product managers to design solutions, build responsive front-end applications, and develop robust APIs and databases while working in a DevOps environment.

Qualifications

• Formal IT degree or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred).
• Experience in P&C Insurance (Preferred).
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, GIT, Visual Studio, and front-end & back-end languages.
• Experience with Azure resources (Azure SQL, App Services, API Management).
• Experience with Agile software development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Ideate software solutions with development teams and product managers.
• Build front-end applications with appealing visual design.
• Develop and manage databases and applications.
• Build & manage APIs.
• Develop software testing to ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain software.
• Build applications with a responsive design.
• Write technical documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, architects, and DBAs.
• Understand P&C insurance business logic.
• Work within a DevOps environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
