Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• SAFe certification (SSM, SASM, SA, SPC, SPMPO).
• Experience in systems development, programming or business/systems analysis.
• Coding/development with C# and .NET technologies, including on-prem and Azure hosted.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Postman, Mock responses, API Gateway.
• Experience on Agile project teams; teamwork across IT/Business.
• Knowledge of development tools, coding/scripting, testing.
• Understanding of structured analysis and technical design.
• Knowledge of database management and file access methods.

Responsibilities

• Code/configure, test, and implement programs and packages following SAFe Agile principles.
• Run unit tests, monitor results, and take corrective action.
• Develop understanding of systems and business knowledge.
• Refine user stories and acceptance criteria with Product Owner and IT partners.
• Aid in systems development planning and monitoring.
• Practice secure coding within the Agile framework.
• Participate in walkthroughs, secure coding, and technical reviews.
• Participate in all Agile ceremonies.
• Assist in production support and maintenance of applications.
• May facilitate Agile activities as acting Scrum Master.
