Job summary

Carrington Recruitment Solutions is seeking a hands-on Lead Engineer/Lead Developer for a fast-growing professional services firm. The role is mainly remote, with occasional visits to the Leeds office when needed and light travel to other offices including Manchester and Leeds socials.

There is no fixed Liverpool base. You will guide a small development team across modern tech such as C#, .NET, Python, Azure, Cosmos DB, App Service and React, while driving AI-enabled delivery and setting

Qualifications

• Hands-on full stack engineering with leadership experience
• Experience with C#, .NET, Azure, React and SharePoint
• Familiarity with AI-native engineering and GenAI tools

Responsibilities

• Lead a small development team across a portfolio of applications.
• Be hands-on while shaping delivery and engineering standards.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and business teams to prioritise and allocate work.
• Deliver strategic and tactical technology solutions.
• Apply modern DevOps and explore AI/ML technologies.
