Job summary

Stanford University’s Graduate School of Education is seeking a Full‑Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain ROAR platform features from PostgreSQL schemas to Vue.js dashboards.

This generalist, fully remote role focuses on dashboard modernization, assessment UX, score reporting, and ROAR at Home, with backend work as needed. You will own features end to end in a collaborative, impact‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript across frontend and backend.
• Frontend: Vue.js 3 with Composition API and strong fluency.
• Backend: Node.js/Express with PostgreSQL experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop Vue.js dashboards, admin interfaces, and student‑facing apps.
• Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs with TypeScript/Node.js.
• Collaborate on data visualizations and reporting interfaces for researchers.
• Participate in code reviews, CI/CD, and documentation efforts.
