This role emphasizes building production-grade interfaces with React and Python/Java, in an Agile environment, and tackling complex problems at scale.

You will architect microservices, optimize performance in cloud deployments, and mentor engineers while delivering scalable software solutions across the stack.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full stack development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on React development.
• Strong Java-based web development and distributed systems background.
• Production-grade React applications (components, routing, state management, APIs).
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools for design, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of architectural design patterns.
• Proficiency with Git, branching strategies, code reviews, and CI/CD.
• Experience leading engineering teams or mentoring developers.
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
