Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to architect low-latency APIs and backend services using .NET, while building Angular UIs for a large-scale financial platform. You will work with microservices, Kafka-style messaging, CI/CD via GitHub Actions, and observability with Splunk.

Strong test automation and rigorous code reviews are essential in this role. The position emphasizes collaboration, ownership of production lifecycles, and using AI coding tools to accelerate development.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work for any employer in the US.
• 2+ years of strong experience with .NET and Angular.
• Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including tuning and design.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and building high-performance RESTful APIs.
• Proven background with message-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
• Proficient in writing unit and integration tests for reliability.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with peer reviews and sprint planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Architect and build low-latency APIs and backend services using .NET.
• Create responsive UIs with Angular.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development (GitHub Copilot, Claude, GPT).
• Deliver analytical tools for investment decisions across trillions in assets.
• Maintain >80% test automation coverage and lead code reviews.
• Own production lifecycle with GitHub Actions CI/CD and Splunk observability.
• Define API contracts using OpenAPI/Swagger for maintainability.
