Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design low-latency APIs and backend services using .NET while building Angular UIs for a large-scale financial platform.

You will work with microservices, Kafka, GitHub Actions, and observability tools, delivering high-quality code with strong test automation and rigorous reviews. This role emphasizes collaboration across global teams and impactful, mission-critical software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with .NET and Angular delivering production-grade solutions.
• Strong SQL and NoSQL experience with query tuning and schema design.
• Experience with microservices architecture and building high-performance RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with message-driven systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Proficient in writing unit and integration tests to ensure reliability.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating in sprints.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2 or higher).

Responsibilities

• Architect and build low-latency APIs and backend services with .NET to support firm-wide critical systems.
• Build user interfaces using Angular for a large-scale financial services platform.
• Leverage AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude) to accelerate development.
• Deliver high-impact analytical tools guiding investment decisions for trillions in assets.
• Maintain test automation coverage and lead rigorous multi-peer code reviews.
• Own production lifecycle with GitHub Actions and Splunk for observability.
• Define API contracts using OpenAPI/Swagger for maintainability.
