Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Remote-Eligible Full-stack Engineer 4 to drive major transformation using distributed microservices and full-stack systems. You will collaborate with product managers, craft cloud-based solutions, and lead engineering teams across Agile environments.

You’ll work with Java, Scala, Python, Go, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript, plus AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes to build scalable, maintainable platforms that empower millions of customers nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
• At least 4 years of software engineering experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading teams is a plus.
