Job summary

Northramp LLC is seeking a Full Stack Developer to build, enhance, and support cloud-hosted enterprise applications for a major federal modernization program. You will collaborate with software engineers, cloud architects, data engineers, DevSecOps, product owners, quality engineers, and security teams in a modern Agile environment.

This is a primarily remote position supporting a federal program in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or related field.
• At least 5 years of software development experience building enterprise applications.
• Strong experience with Java and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA).
• Experience building RESTful APIs, event-driven services, and microservices-based apps.
• Hands-on front-end development with Angular.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployment.
• Understanding of security, identity federation, and federal compliance requirements.
• Solid Agile, DevSecOps, and SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain secure, scalable cloud-native enterprise applications.
• Build backend services, RESTful APIs, and front-end apps with modern frameworks.
• Develop and maintain microservices and containerized apps using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Translate requirements into reliable software solutions and reusable components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure secure, compliant delivery.
