Qualifications

• Built side projects or shipped products outside coursework or in open source.
• Ability to read unfamiliar code and make progress without a step-by-step tutorial.
• Strong written communication for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own a scoped feature end to end — database schema, service, contract, and UI.
• Pair with a mentor and collaborate on module ownership.
• Tackle automation problems, e.g., parsing filings and reconciling ledgers.
• Talk to accountants and stakeholders daily to iterate on feedback.
• Ask questions in public to drive clarity and progress.
