Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. You’ll help design and build modern digital tools that improve how enterprise architecture standards, patterns, and guidance are discovered and applied across the organization.

You’ll collaborate with architecture and engineering partners to deliver backend services, data capabilities, and AI-enabled features within a highly regulated, mission-critical healthcare technology environment.

Qualifications

• Strong full stack engineering experience with backend and database development.
• Proven ability to design, build, and integrate APIs and backend services.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI-enabled applications (e.g., RAG, LangChain or similar).
• Experience with cloud-based development (GCP and/or Azure) and modern DevOps/CI/CD practices.
• Ability to work independently as a hands-on contributor across the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance backend services, data models, and APIs powering internal architecture tools and workflows.
• Contribute to frontend/UI functionality to deliver intuitive user experiences
• Develop AI-enabled capabilities to support architecture knowledge discovery
• Integrate solutions with existing enterprise platforms while maintaining reliability and security
• Support DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and operational readiness
