Job summary

BlockSpaces is a fintech company focusing on Bitcoin integration. We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer (remote) to contribute to an enterprise-grade Lightning application that connects QuickBooks and other accounting software to the Lightning Network.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about Bitcoin and excited to make it fast, cheap, and easy for customers. Strong experience in TypeScript, Nest.js, React, and CSS is required, with an emphasis on frontend work.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with frontend and backend languages used in fintech platforms.
• Ability to translate design to pixel-perfect UI and robust APIs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to bridge the lightning network with traditional businesses.
• Build, test, and ship enterprise-grade software for the Lightning Connect Platform.
• Keep up to date with Lightning developments and apply them to the product.
• Build and maintain our Nest.js API.
• Integrate Lightning payments rails with accounting software.
• Create a reusable component library for the application.
