Job summary

L2 Brands is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to design, build, and support enterprise software powering core operations. This role covers the full software development lifecycle from requirements and design through coding, testing, deployment, and production support.

You will develop with C#, .NET, SQL Server, APIs, and modern web technologies while collaborating with ERP Support, IT operations, and end users to deliver practical, reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with object-oriented programming and full software development lifecycle practices.
• Experience with C#, .NET or .NET Core, SQL Server, and related Microsoft development technologies.
• Experience developing APIs and integrating multiple systems.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience troubleshooting production applications and urgent technical issues.
• Experience working in a ticketing, service desk, or business application support environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using C#, .NET and .NET Core, and related technologies.
• Develop backend services, APIs, and business logic supporting enterprise applications.
• Build and maintain front-end components using modern JavaScript frameworks, HTML and CSS.
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures in SQL Server.
• Investigate and resolve escalated service desk tickets requiring engineering analysis or code changes.
• Engage with end users to clarify issues, validate requirements, and confirm resolution.
• Partner with ERP Support to determine whether issues stem from defects, data problems, or configuration gaps.
• Respond quickly to urgent application issues, production defects, and business critical requests.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve stability.
• Test and validate hot fixes and application changes before and after deployment.
• Design and develop integrations between internal systems, ERP platforms, ecommerce platforms, and third-party applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues affecting business operations.
