Job summary

Cascade Financial Services is seeking a mid-level Software Engineer to join our product development team. You will build features across frontend and backend, collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional partners, and apply AI-assisted development practices to improve productivity, code quality, testing, and delivery.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, .NET Core, and modern engineering practices, and will thoughtfully apply AI tools throughout

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering.
• Strong Angular and TypeScript frontend, .NET Core backend experience.
• Experience with GraphQL APIs and AI-assisted tooling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, accessible UIs using Angular and TypeScript.
• Build and maintain full-stack features with .NET Core backend and Angular frontend.
• Implement backend functionality with CQRS, MediatR, Onion Architecture patterns.
• Create, consume, and maintain GraphQL APIs and data access patterns.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and engineering teams to deliver features.
• Write clean, testable code aligned with SOLID principles.
• Develop unit/integration/end-to-end tests for CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify opportunities to simplify code and improve testing.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements and automation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and use Jira for tracking.
