Job summary

Seeq is seeking a highly productive software engineer to work across the full stack, developing features from React frontends to JVM backends, APIs, and data layers. You will collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering to shape user-focused solutions for industrial data analytics.

You will own features end-to-end, mentor peers, and contribute to a culture of high-quality, testable software. This remote-first role supports growth with cutting-edge tech.

Qualifications

• 6+ years for Staff, 10+ years for Principal, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns and best practices.
• Expertise in one or more backend JVM languages (Java, Kotlin, or Scala).
• Experience designing, building and evolving complex software systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of features spanning the full stack, from frontend to backend.
• Collaborate with Product, UX and Engineering to translate user needs into robust solutions.
• Own features end-to-end, delivering intuitive UI and reliable backend services.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical leadership.
• Explore new technologies and AI approaches to accelerate outcomes.
