Job summary

The Drupal Web Developer will design, develop, and continuously improve PIH's Drupal ecosystem, aligning UX with back‑end functionality on a shared template across multiple sites. You’ll join during a major redesign, support launch readiness, and help sustain performance after launch in a marketing‑driven team.

Qualified candidates have 3–5 years of Drupal experience, strong HTML/CSS/JS, PHP, Twig, and Git, plus a solid full‑stack background and an eye for UX.

Qualifications

• Drupal 9+ experience with custom themes, views, templates, content types and modules.
• Strong HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript, PHP, and Twig proficiency.
• Full‑stack capability with web servers, databases and Docker local envs.
• UX sensibility, review and improvement suggestions beyond designs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Drupal pages, templates, and modules.
• Write clean, documented code across the full stack and participate in code reviews.
• Maintain design system standards and accessible, user‑centered interfaces.
• Support Drupal CMS administration, security updates, and staff training.
• Implement digital campaigns and monitor performance with GA/GT Metrix.
