Job summary

CCI Systems, Inc. is seeking a Software Developer to contribute to full-stack application, integration, and utilities development as a semi-autonomous professional.

You will support non-production and production systems, codebases, and infrastructure while implementing new system requirements through coding and performance enhancements. The role involves agile development practices, collaboration with IT Development and IT Operations, and ensuring high quality code, security, and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of software development experience.
• Experience with Ruby, Python, or C# languages.
• Experience with web frameworks such as Ruby on Rails, Flask, Django or similar.
• Experience with version control (Git/GitHub).
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and data integration.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience cross-platform (Linux/Windows) development.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote location.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain internal web applications and integrations.
• Participate in application design and architecture.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards.
• Provide developer documentation and end-user support.
• Lead and participate in CI/CD and deployment activities.
