Job summary

BayNova is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Developer to join our team in support of a federal government client in a fully remote role. You will lead design and development of scalable solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a scaled agile environment.

The ideal candidate has 9+ years of experience with Java, JavaScript, and Python, plus cloud, REST APIs, and modern frontend frameworks like Angular.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in design, implementation and delivery of applications in Java, JavaScript and Python with various persistence layers (SQL and NoSQL).
• 5+ years in cloud-enabled application technologies including containers, hosted DB services, serverless, and cloud middleware.
• Proficient in Agile/ SCRUM environments and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own full stack development across JavaScript, Java, Python, and databases.
• Develop and support SPA using modern frameworks (Angular).
• Build Tomcat-based plugins and Atlassian integrations; work with REST APIs.
• Design and implement cloud resources in AWS and Azure; practice infrastructure as code with Terraform or ARM.
• Collaborate in a scaled agile team and communicate progress regularly.
