Job summary

Binance is seeking a Full Stack AI Engineer with a backend orientation for its Pioneer Talent Program. This fully remote role involves building AI-powered features across the stack and joining a fast-moving, autonomous team.

You will learn to integrate AI coding tools, translate requirements into working code, and contribute to end-to-end development from design through deployment in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above; Computer Science or AI-related major is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end development of product features across frontend and backend under the guidance of senior engineers
• Learn and integrate mainstream AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) into your daily development workflow
• Assist in translating product requirements into working implementations with reduced handoff friction between frontend and backend
• Act as a full stack "seed learner" within the team — absorb full stack practices, contribute ideas, and grow into an autonomously delivering full stack engineer
• Observe cross-team collaboration processes and proactively suggest improvements to product, design, and engineering workflows
• Contribute to the product lifecycle — from design to deployment and iteration
