Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking ambitious Full Stack Engineers to join the Pioneer Talent Program. You will be among the first dedicated full stack engineers, building AI-augmented features across frontend and backend.

Responsibilities include end-to-end feature development, integrating AI coding tools, and mentoring peers while helping scale AI-driven development. This remote, national role suits candidates with 1–5 years of experience and strong Node/React and Java or Golang skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or AI-related field.
• 1–5 years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong backend fundamentals in Java or Golang.
• Proficiency with Node.js and React.
• Experience delivering end-to-end production projects.
• Familiarity with database design and data modeling.
• Experience with AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code).
• Excellent communication and self-driven mindset.
• Ability to translate requirements into working software.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of product features across frontend and backend.
• Integrate mainstream AI coding tools as a core part of daily workflow.
• Translate product requirements into working implementations with minimal handoff friction.
• Act as a full stack seed within the team and mentor peers.
• Identify efficiency bottlenecks and propose cross-team improvements.
• Contribute to the full product lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
