Job summary

Thrivas Staffing Agency is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper for a permanent position with potential for remote work a couple of days per week. The role reports to the Vice President and oversees AP/AR, inventory analysis, bank deposits, and payroll timecards, with quarterly reporting support from an outside CPA.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of bookkeeping experience and a degree in Accounting/Finance is preferred but not required. A welcoming, collaborative team environment is offered.

• 1+ year of bookkeeping experience.
• Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Analyze inventory and purchase orders.
• Perform bank deposits and weekly/monthly reporting.
• Enter timecards into payroll system.
• Collaborate with outside CPA for quarterly reporting.
