Job summary

Precision Design Solutions is seeking a remote Permit Coordinator to manage permit activities across cross-functional teams, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery. You will collaborate with engineers, technicians, and permitting authorities to submit, track, and report permits while focusing on project success.

You will coordinate dependencies, communicate regularly with stakeholders, and stay current with OSP technologies to continuously improve the program and outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science required.
• 3+ years in telecoms management or coordination roles.
• Strong knowledge of telecoms networks and technologies.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate permit activities across cross-functional teams and communicate status.
• Ensure permit deliverables meet quality standards and agency requirements.
• Conduct regular permit status meetings and provide status reports.
• Identify and manage permit dependencies and critical path activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Document all quality assurance activities.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams.
• Stay up-to-date with OSP technologies and integrate into QA program.
• Ensure that all OSP facilities meet customer requirements and drive improvements.
