Job summary
Cognizant seeks a Salesforce FSC Technical Architect to design scalable financial services solutions and provide architecture governance for Banking/Financial Services clients. You will lead technical delivery, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor teams in a remote US-based role with preferred hubs in Johnstown and Boston.
Expertise in FSC, OmniStudio, Apex, LWC, and REST/SOAP APIs is essential, along with experience in integration patterns and security best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong FSC and OmniStudio expertise including related components.
- Hands-on Apex, LWC, Flow, APIs, and integration know-how.
- Banking/Financial Services domain experience and scalable design skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Leadership and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce technical architecture and design.
- Design and implement FSC, OmniStudio, and Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Build onboarding, servicing, and engagement journeys.
- Define integration architecture using REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, and external systems.
- Provide technical leadership, governance, and mentoring.
