Ideal candidates hold a PhD or equivalent, with proven frontier research results and hands-on ML delivery experience, including in startup contexts.

Qualifications

• PhD, postdoc experience or equivalent.
• Proven results from frontier academic projects (publications, talks, code).
• Hands-on AI/ML development experience beyond standard models.
• Industry delivery experience: working solutions, patents, startup exposure.
