Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Software Developer (Frontend) to support USAF mission initiatives, delivering front-end design and development, wireframes, and UI components for PMO and stakeholders.

The role requires an active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a CI Poly, 7+ years in software development, DevSecOps, microservices, and cloud deployments. You will work in an agile, user-centric environment and collaborate across teams to deliver robust UI solutions.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a CI Poly.
• 7+ years of software development experience with DevSecOps, microservices and containers.
• 3+ years of front-end web design and development experience.
• Experience with Jira and testing web-based applications.
• Cloud environment experience and data integration across deployments.
• Experience with CI/CD toolchains including Jenkins and GitLab.
• Proficiency across modern front-end tech stacks and agile, user-centered design.

Responsibilities

• Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a CI Poly.
• Plan and perform front-end design and development including mockups, wireframes and GUI enhancements.
• Develop and optimize UI elements and navigation for user-facing features.
• Engage in agile, user-centric application design and UI/UX best practices.
• Prepare, conduct and document system tests.
• Collaborate with Jira for issue tracking and project coordination.
• Develop in cloud environments and enable integration of data across deployments.
• Utilize Jenkins and GitLab in CI/CD pipelines and build processes.
