Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Frontend Engineer to support a customer project focused on frontend development and AI training. This contractor role is remote and welcomes candidates who can analyze and explain frontend architecture, review code, and contribute to technical decisions using React and TypeScript.

You will create RFCs and ADRs, evaluate performance and accessibility, optimize rendering strategies, and provide clear, structured technical feedback to engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional frontend engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture.
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and explain frontend architecture and technical decisions.
• Review code, component architecture, and state management solutions.
• Create technical documentation such as RFCs and ADRs.
• Evaluate performance, accessibility, and rendering strategies.
• Provide clear, structured technical feedback.
