Job summary

Florida Oncology and Hematology is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I (non-RN) to oversee the implementation and ongoing management of multiple studies under medical supervision. You will handle entry-level protocol tasks, feasibility assessments, subject screening, and basic regulatory compliance to ensure compliant trial conduct.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient care on protocol, tracking adverse events, maintaining data integrity, and supporting study budgeting and visits

Qualifications

• High school education required.
• Some college preferred.
• Prior research or related medical science experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for patients on clinical research protocols under GCP/ICH/FDA guidelines.
• Identify and explain protocol elements; perform study tasks under direct supervision.
• Review diagnostic tests and documentation required per protocol.
• Monitor safety events, report adverse events to sponsor and IRB/IEC.
• Assist with budgeting and regulatory documentation; prepare for monitoring visits.
